Role Responsibility
Our Client Services Team must be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and focused on supporting our Clients with a wide range of queries.
Other responsibilities will include;
- Being the first contact point for a number of existing Clients with the aim of solving queries/questions within SLA
- Building relationships with your clients to gain a full understanding of how they work and how to resolve challenges that may arise from order creation to completion
- Being attentive to your accounts needs and ensuring you provide quick updates/responses to requests in full
- Site visits to Clients when appropriate
- Serve as a lead point for any Client queries
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner and within company policy
- Weekly contact your dedicated base
- Support monthly/quarterly KPI driven reviews
- Develop rapport with key accounts and internal/external stakeholders
- Grow revenue through organic growth
- Solid experience of using MS Excel/Word
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A forwardthinking mentality always putting the Client/Customer first
- General day to day CS admin (reviewing outstanding orders, held orders, weights/dims etc)
Working Hours
Working hours vary and our Client Services team currently operate between 08:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
Previous experience of working in a Client/Customer support function and want to spend your day helping people.
We also need you to be enthusiastic, friendly, a collaborator with a passion for doing the right thing as well as being able to work individually on tasks where required.
Essential Attributes
You must be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and determined to achieve high standard for our Clients.
Confident presenting to a senior audience if required.
Package Description
- Basic annual salary of £24k
- 20 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
