We are looking to recruit a permanent
Business Planning Coordinator.
Excellent opportunity to join a highly methodical team in an innovative company, at an exciting and transformational time.

The team is based at Stockley Park near Uxbridge however you could also be based in Swanley or Wakefield.

Hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with all relevant departments and administering PSI (Purchase / Sales / Inventory) on data systems, supporting the team with any administrative requirements.

Administration work for the dealer sales team to maximise sales and profit performance.

Execution of the business process relevant to purchasing, shipping and stock transfer.

Placing local purchase orders accurately

Issuing routine reports on Inventory, Incoming stock, back-order situations, profitability, and progress against target

Administration work (Price monitoring, Credit note issue, Target Rebate control etc) for the dealer sales division

Providing a basic level of analysis to improve the performance

Requirements:

Experience in logistics planning/control, purchasing/supply or inventory management processes

Competent in using MS office software

Experience of using CRMs such as SAP is helpful

Experience of financial administration work with handling figures/data entry

Intermediate Excel skills

Proactive approach

Good interpersonal skills

Comfortable with logical processes

Desire to succeed and add value

Great attention to detail

Able to work productively in a high-pressure environment
