The Role:

You will be working within our Development team. Being the first point of contact, providing an excellent sales journey, delivering the highest standard of customer care, whilst fully meeting the team's targets and objectives in line with
legal, contractual/regulatory requirements and best practice.

The base for this position is
Bristol, this role will involve a blend of office and home working.

This role is offered on a Permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours.


The role


With the direction of the Head of Sales Operations the role is responsible to ensure the successful delivery of the Sales Advisor functions which directly support the East and West sales new build programmes for shared ownership and open market sale.

As well as sales operations and staircasing and resales.


You will be taking operational responsibility for a range of new developments across several sales locations, including all aspects of presentation, stock management, achieving sales of properties in line with agreed targets.


  • Supporting the Sales Advisors with complex queries and difficult situations and providing them with daytoday support as required
  • Act as 'Lead' Sales Advisor on higherprofile schemes, working with the regional sales managers to ensure successful delivery of schemes with more complex or unusual requirements
  • Manage the performance of the team to drive us to achieve our targets in line with our business KPI's and forecast figures
  • Oversee and ensure that leads generated from marketing are proceedable and cross matched against all tenures
  • Working proactively with the sales advisors, ensuring they have all relevant information required from the sales team to be effective in promoting sales, the overall programme and identifying quality leads/purchasers
  • Build, maintain and nurture effective relationships with competitors, local authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dealing with all prospective and existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best possible customer experience, and within agreed timescales

What we're looking for:


  • Proven sales experience with Housing Sector/Estate Agency or affordable housing.
  • Experience coaching/leading team members
  • Strong customer service skills, as you will be required to work with internal and external customers ensuring you deliver what is expected.
  • The drive to deliver sales targets and KPI's and the ability to selfmanage and prioritise your own workload.
  • The ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders
