Permanent Junior Ecommerce Trading Executive

Location Worsley, Monday - Friday, salary commensurate with experience


Key Responsibilities:

• Main area to begin with is ensuring orders are dispatched on time pick and pack
• Communication with the warehouse manager ensuring orders / returns are processed in accordance with company policy.
• Oversee the entire customer journey including resolving all customer queries and order complaints quickly and effectively at every step. Escalating potential problems to the line manager
• Managing Returns process which will include troubleshooting issues with products as well as processing refunds directly on eBay and Amazon platforms
• Working with Amazon customers to remedy any issues which have resulted in a negative feedback
• Updating and maintaining product information and databases
• Creating listings on various online platforms such as eBay, Amazon and website
• Copywriting
• Editing images via photoshop
• Answering customer service queries

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

• Previous experience working with eBay, Amazon and other online channels
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and word
• Confident in using Adobe Photoshop
• A keen interest in current trends with the various marketplaces, strong attention to detail and contributes ideas to the business.
• Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload
• Although this is a junior role we require a proactive, confident individual who is eager climb the ladder and learn new skills.
• Understanding of search engines and sales ranking for products, to establish key data for the business

Salary:
From £18,500.00 per year
