The Indigo Group is a well-respected childcare organization that provides affordable, high-quality care, within the Glasgow community.

We are a modern-thinking childcare group that focuses on finding innovative ways to provide the best quality of care for children and positively impact the lives of our attendees and family.

Our vision is to provide outstanding and accessible childcare, to families from all backgrounds, for children ages 0 to 16yrs old.

Our passionate group has formed the best team to carefully create a positive experience and meet our families' and neighbouring communities' needs and interests.

We strive to be a unique, creative, and ingenious learning experience for our children, and to inspire and develop young minds.

We continue to promote leadership with our children and we want to find the right individuals to lead positively and productively.

Our goal is to be a support bubble, not just for the children but also for their families.

Do you have...

Minimum level 3 (or equivalent qualification in relevant field). Desirable level 4
equivalent qualification in relevant field; First Aid, Food Hygiene, Child Protection
A cando attitude, while always putting the interest of the children first
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
An honest, caring, and empathetic personality
Team player
Provide a highquality, safe, and stimulating learning environment
