We're seeking a passionate Section Team Leader to coordinate the daytoday operations of our dynamic production team Reporting into the site supervisor, your role will involve overseeing a small but mighty group on an exciting new project, driving our business forward. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business's growth while developing leadership skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing the daytoday operations of the small production team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
Leading and guiding a small team on an exciting new project crucial to our business, fostering collaboration and maximising productivity.
Working within a fastpaced business unit, you'll drive your team towards achieving and exceeding set targets, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Addressing challenges swiftly and strategically, making quick decisions to maintain good business output
Creating open communication channels among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Being flexible and adaptive to changing project needs and requirements, ensuring the team stays aligned with evolving objectives.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience with supervisory or team leader roles would be advantageous however not a requirement.
IT literate
Very good attention to detail with good organisational skills
Good timekeeping skills

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
