As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a People Officer to support our Senior People Business Partner at our subsidary, MKC Training, due to the growth of the department.

Details of the role

Job Requirements

You will have relevant qualifications including five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths. CIPD Level 5 qualification or willingness to working towards is essential.

You will have experience of employment legislation and HR best practice, as well as knowledge and experience of using HR darabases to analyse data and trends.

You will have the excellent written and verbal communication skills, and customer service skills to a high standard, as well as the ability to work under perssure and meet targets with good digital skills.
