This business focuses on the supply chain and technology market, primarily within US Robotics.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization
  • Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying highpotential employees and developing career development plans
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
