£160 - £200 per day
I am working with a leading London market Insurer who are looking for a Client Technology specialist to come and join their International IT Department, to support International business across London, Europe and Hong Kong.
As a Client Technology Specialist you will be supporting the International team providing excellent customer service, making sure the logging call system is fit for purpose, making sure there is day to day support for all user queries.
You will need to makesure all continual service improvement initiatives are driven with a view of cost reduction, and greater efficiency.
As part of this role you will be liaising with all 3rd part support teams to ensure investigations are carried out in a timely fashion.
