THE ROLE


The overall purpose of this job is to assist the admin Team Manager in providing a comprehensive admin service within the depot and contribute towards the depot achieving targets.


Key responsibilities will include;

  • Monitor and improve admin performance
  • Planning and prioritising admin team workload to ensure admin team functions efficiently
  • Provide admin support to the depot
  • Deputising for Admin Team Manager

The role requires an understanding of how the operational depot functions and basic supervisory skills.

This role requires basic supervisory skills when deputising for the Admin Team Manager.

In order to progress to the job above, the role holder would need a higher level of supervisory skills and the ability to manage a team.
