As a Home Ownership Officer, you will need to be delivering the highest level of service to residents while balancing a complex workload, this will include the management of leasehold, shared ownership, and freehold tenures.

In a devise and varied role your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support Section 20 Consultation process
  • Support the calculating of the Leasehold Service Charges
  • Explaining service charges to prospective and current residents
  • Understand leases and service level agreements, providing advice and assistance to staff and internal/external departments
  • Managing breaches in leases
  • Attend and Chair resident meetings, representing the Council at both internal and external stakeholder meetings.
