This is a rolling contract for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Strategic Programmes team.

The Role
As Programme Manager you will play a key role in developing and delivering the new ways of working to support HVMC's industrial transformation strategy

This will involve:
Providing the tools and expertise to shape, enable and manage delivery.
Developing practice standards and capabilities.
Establishing process and behaviour disciplines around the visibility of key performance and risk indicators.
Providing line management to programme coordinators and matrix management to Project Managers.

The Person
A collaborative leader, you sit comfortably in leadership structures with the ability to work across internal and external bodies.
Cope well with uncertainty, you are resilient with the ability to hold on to the bigger picture.
Strong knowledge and proven experience in the management of organisational change projects.
Adept at managing the complexity of multi stakeholder dynamics.
Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to address gaps and resolve conflicts in a positive-constructive manner.
Can thrive in a supportive but fast paced, tight deadline environment.
Experience of public/private sector project requirements/reporting needs.
