NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting for a Monitoring and Analysis Officer on a 18-24 month contract working on a part time basis 3-4 days per week for a public sector business.

Your main role will be supporting with the monitoring and analysis of the Bus Service Improvement Plan.

Working mainly from home or the office in Hertford depending on preference but with occasional office attendance for meetings your main purpose will be to lead on the monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the Bus Transport Service Improvement Plan for the Transport Services Team.

Your main duties will include:

Structure and lead the Monitoring and Evaluation plan for the Bus Service Improvement Plan
Work to business and DfT templates and documents, drafting plans and reports as necessary and to wider guidance
Engage with internal leads to acquire information and data, setting up the structure for how and when information should be shared
Draft and deliver reports and outcomes as required for internal and external facing reports
Analyse data to capture and demonstrate outcomes for specific projects
Strong report writer, with the ability to self research and structure reports and plans
Ability to analyse quantitative data and set up structures for obtaining the correct sort of data for requirements
Good MS Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience in transport (or a comparable industry) would be beneficial.
Strong experience of monitoring and evaluating projects, including the templates and methodologies involved
Experience of working to tight deadlines, with fast moving accelerated projects
