The role


The purpose of this role is to be responsible for providing administrative support and customer liaison in the Property Services Team.

It has the following main responsibilities;

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries efficient and effectively on behalf of the company, processing any actions as required
  • Using Microsoft office packages for letters, spreadsheets and documents
  • Updating computer databases such as QL, Orchard and inhouse systems for areas such as orders, customer contact, complaints, ordering, invoicing or work scheduling
  • Raising purchase orders and checking, processing and paying invoices
  • Sending out tenant information packs, product information or customer surveys
  • Saving down completed Certificates, Surveys and Worksheets
  • To work with and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet/exceed KPI's

What we need
For this role you'll need to have the following skills and experience;

  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good experience of telephony systems such as Teams and Skype
  • The ability to produce accurately typed documents
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of QL housing system along with the ability to manage purchase ordering within this system
