Aspion are working on behalf of an oganisation which supports the vulnerable and less fortunate members of the public in terms of rebuilding their lives, housing, project work, education and life skills.


This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team who drive the main force for independent living of homeless and people going though hardship which makes his role extremely rewarding.


This is a new senior leadership role within the organization which will be key in ensuring smooth running of the services.

There will be IT, admin, HR Finance, maintenance, housekeeping and health and safety facilities.

This role is ideal for someone who is an experienced manager of both people and projects.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversea and coordinate all the services team.
  • Have hands on involvement in carrying out some of the support and operational services.
  • In conjunction with the organization and leadership project you will need to participate in the preparation of budgets, monitoring income and expenditure with responsibility for the services.
  • Oversea the management of personal services.
  • Participate in policy reviews
  • Ensure the orgaisation complies with applicable legislation.
  • Provide on call management cover as per rota.
  • A willingness to speak and preach about the work of the organization
  • Directly the personal administration such as timesheets for the monthly army payroll report and preparing onboarding induction programs for staff.


There will be a handover period for the new starter in order to get up to date with what is expected in the role as well as processes.


This is a 40 hour week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.3000pm and could be some flexibility in the working hours is to be expected.

There will be a basic DBS check needed for this position
