We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant who is experienced, professional and has a friendly character who loves teamwork to join a private healthcare organisation in Walkden.
What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Assistant:
- Enjoy working in a busy office environment with a small supportive team
- Using your great organisational skills to process a high volume of purchase ledger transactions
- Enjoy putting your keen eye for detail into play with updating and allocating the daily banking entries, general housekeeping and maintenance of Aged Creditors reports
- Supplier statement reconciliations, requesting any unprocessed items
What skills and experience will you need as a Purchase Ledger Assistant?
- Have a solid background working in purchase ledger, accounts payable, finance or accounts assistant roles
- You pride yourself on your accuracy when data inputting
- Are a great team player, have a bubbly but professional character and enjoy mucking in as a team and helping each other
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook and have experience using
- Get a buzz from investigating and finding where discrepancies that don't match up come from

- MANCHESTER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
