Monitor annual leave and absenteeism, drive performance improvement, and facilitate effective communication between day and night operations.

What's the role:


  • Lead and assist team members in job audits, toolbox talks, and performance enhancement activities. Manage sickness absences and returntowork processes efficiently, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to company policies.
  • Drive team performance towards achieving targets by reviewing trackers, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring timely completion of reports. Communicate effectively with coordination leads to facilitate smooth operations and timely planning of tasks
  • Review and maintain the condition of PPE, tools, and equipment to ensure they are fit for purpose. Monitor usage records and reorder supplies as necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction by delivering highquality service, managing expectations, and providing timely updates on work progress and upcoming tasks. Ensure effective communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve project goals.

What you'll need:


  • Extensive expertise in water network operations, specializing in open sounding, leakage detection techniques, and auditing procedures. Capable of utilizing this knowledge to identify and address issues within the network efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills enable understanding and addressing client needs promptly, maintaining positive relationships, and delivering highquality service to exceed expectations.
  • Possess advanced computer skills, proficient in using various software and tools for data analysis, report generation, and communication purposes. Able to leverage technology to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
  • Willing and able to adapt to a flexible shift pattern as required by the project demands, including availability for night shifts and weekends. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain high levels of performance and professionalism under varying schedules.
