Are you an experienced people manager with an engineering background?

Do you embrace and drive change and strive for continuous improvement?


What an opportunity this is You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all engineering and production activities on the site.


This multi-site business has a very successful history and through their continuous improvement strategy they are now looking for an experienced and dedicated engineering manager to take the business to the next level.


Leading the team will be a key aspect for this role, they are a dedicated and high performing group that you will need to take through a period of change to take the business forwards.


To be considered for this role, you must have sterile manufacturing and engineering experience and as such, have a thorough understanding of GMP - you will be able to demonstrate how and why GMP s is crucial to such an environment and be able to talk confidentlyabout its delivery.


The senior management team are on board to make changes, to modernise the engineering function and to introduce new and up to date techniques if needed.
