Property Administrator - Lettings

Salary dependant on skills 22k - 26k
Based in beautiful Bath, our client has an enviable portfolio of of student lettings across the area. a mix of HMOs and individual properties.
- administration - essential
- customer service - essential
- confidence to liaise with tenants and landlords

  • Lettings desirable
- property management or property related sector


You will have a varied role and it can progress to property management and you could gain your own properties to manage.

Customer service skills are required to speak with prospective tenants and let them know about available lets, book in and conduct propertyviewings and some property management.

This could include inventories, handing out keys and dealing with maintenance queries and actioning if an emergency (under guidance) There is a company CRM system you will need to update so competent IT skills are a must.

The office is based centrally and they have a parking space available. _For this role you will need to be a driver with a car. (expenses are paid)_


They are based within a building that offers serviced offices solutions so your customer service skills will also help out on that side too if required.

This is a full time role and hours can be flexible, eg: 8am - 4pm, 9-5 or 10am to 6pm as long as your hours are fulfilled, the Manager is pretty flexible
