Who you'll be working for:
Highly successful wealth management business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop talent strategies by integrating global company best practices with local strategic direction.
- Integrate Performance Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Career Management and Succession Management talent functions.
- Participate actively in the talent communities and associations across IMEA
- Manage Learning & Development and People Analytics teams across IMEA
- Coach direct reports for performance and development
- Build the People Analytics shared services model and team.
- Identify opportunities and integrate the processes and systems of each talent function.
- Lead competency and success profile implementation and integration
- Consult and advise senior leaders and leadership teams.
- Advise on organizational structure and growth plans for businesses.
- Present persuasively and participate in leadership team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Facilitate annual succession management and talent review processes.
- Coach leaders and key performers on development and career planning
- Lead and facilitate multiple high potential leadership development programs across the Group.
- Deliver selected workshops, informational sessions, and other presentations.
- Deliver 360 degree, psychometric and other assessmentrelated feedback
- Lead broader HR initiatives as directed.
- Support the creation and evolution of the Global HR strategies.
- Create and manage team and departmental budgets inline with broader HR budgets.
- Generating referrals from existing students
- Helping students in preparing for tests
- Using various methodologies to diagnose key learning requirements for different audiences within the aspirant Family Members.
- Integrating learning requirements into existing learning frameworks and programs or make recommendations for updates to existing solutions.
- Working with Family council teams to ensure alignment and integration of proposed interventions.
- Advising family council and young Family members on available solutions that meet their learning needs.
- To ensure young family members get access to the appropriate training and development programs basis their job interests.
- To engage and maintain regular contact with young family members at agreed intervals to ensure they sustain their job or apprenticeship/training.
- To use the relevant case management and performance management system used by the family council to allocate training and development programs.
- Work on Training Gap analysis to ensure the right training programs are identified.
- Work along with Family council to get advice on training budgets.
- Carry out Technical & Operational Assessments as required by the business as defined by the relevant Competency Management System and the business Grading Policy
- Conduct 1:1 training using a variety of training & coaching techniques.
Employability Programs:
- To effectively engage young family members and attach them to existing and new employability programs/interventions.
- To deliver high quality end to end Information, Advice and Guidance to young family members on our employability programs.
- To induct, assess and 'onboard' young family members.
- To promote and develop the mindset, emotional intelligence qualities, selfconfidence, and esteem so that the young family members succeed in the world of work.
- To complete goal focused action plans for all referred young family members and provide support and motivation for them to implement their action plans.
- To introduce young people to a 'strengths based' recruitment approach to succeeding in job interviews.
- To undertake job search with the young people using relevant webbased software and packages.
- To short list, preselect and match/submit young family members to vacancies/work experience opportunities generated by Family Council.
- To prepare young people to a high standard for interview with employers.
The skills you need to succeed:
- Bilingual in both English and Arabic is essential (reading/writing/typing)
- Experience relevant learning and development, Career coaching experience
- Strong working experience in training need analysis and evaluation, developing training material, delivery training, elearning techniques.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Experience utilising different learning methodologies and technologies
MENA region experience is mandatory
