Skills Training UK have an exciting opportunity for a
Maths Tutor to join our team based in
TBC who will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Functional Skills Maths. You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.

The Maths Tutor role:


This role will require the delivery of Functional Skills Maths content (Level 2) plus possibly delivery of GCSE Maths (resit).

You will be highly motivated in wanting to make a difference in the lives of our learners whilst also ensuring a success rate of 95% for the qualification.


What we're looking for in our Maths
Tutor:

  • Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PTLL's, DTLL's or equivalent
  • Level 2 qualifications in Maths
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering up to and including Level 2 functional skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people
