- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
- Delivering therapy sessions both in-person and remotely, ensuring continuity of care.
- Acting as a case manager, coordinating all aspects of patient care and overseeing aftercare support.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Staying informed about the latest developments in addiction and mental health treatment.
- Degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certification/licensure in counselling.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in addiction/mental health therapy.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and dedicated to supporting patients on their journey to recovery.
- Friendly demeanour and excellent rapport-building skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic addiction/mental health therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our clinic, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide assessments, and individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to their specific needs. We are looking for an experienced and skilled therapist to join our expanding team. We are particularly interested in therapists with further training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and CBT including the treatment of OCD and specific Phobias.
