Working Hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am -1pm Fridays

The Role
You will join a small, close-knit sales team and your focus will be to win new business.


As the semi-finished metal products this company processes are not off the shelf products, you will research potential customers and make good, targeted, quality calls - rather than a high quantity of calls.

Your role will have a completely proactive focus and annual gross profit target from new customers.

You will have the support of good, experienced Managers who remain front line with sales themselves and expectations will be realistic.


  • B2b sales experience
  • Track record of developing relationships
  • Any metals experience is desirable but not essential
  • Resilient
  • Good maths ability
  • A good opportunity for an experienced Account Manager looking to step up to a more Business Development focused role


It is the Project & Contracts Specialist's responsibility to achieve an annual gross profit target from every allocated customer account, negotiating and agreeing terms, which maximise the return on investment.

The Project & Contracts Specialist will also be responsible for identifying opportunities and establishing new business to ensure ongoing growth of the customer base, gross profit generation and return on investment.

The Project & Contracts Specialist must do this whilst, at all times, following our investors philosophy and upholding our company values, detailed below;
