Description

Following on from our continued growth and success, Intapp is looking for a.
NET team lead.

You will be a part of a growing, innovative team and will work closely with the development, QA, other team leads, and product management teams innovating to enhance our existing software and develop new products.

You will oversee projects using modern technologies such as C#,.Net framework,.NET Core to build Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions.

This is a hands-on role with some line management duties including leading an agile team to deliver high quality solutions, and with an option to learn and grow to take on additional management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate cross functional workshops and discussions to capture requirements and understand customer needs
Have responsibility and ownership of team planning and reporting as part of project release delivery
Develop code to company / industry standards working closely with wider development team, product management and QA teams
Work with Product Management / Head of Development to innovate and architect enhancements / new products to meet market / customer demands
Leading and mentoring team members as required

Mandatory Requirements

An understanding and proficiency in delivering software development projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean
Proven experience leading teams of 4+ with a track record delivering large scale projects
Design and development of clientready software using agile methodologies
Demonstrable experience in C#,.NET Framework or.

NET Core

Demonstrable experience of development using web technologies including a JavaScript framework such as Knockout, React or Angular
Unit testing software prior to handover to formal test teams
Work with Product Management / Head of Development to innovate and architect enhancements / new products to meet market / customer demands
Ability to work to tight timescales and track record in meeting deadlines
Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience in software architecture design and will feel comfortable driving high level discussions and representing the team within the business

Highly Desirable Requirements

Experience of building Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions
Consulting / Integration / Programming experience in collaborative technologies such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or similar content management technologies
