The post-holder will have the opportunity to manage their own Grants portfolio, assisting with specific projects, tasks and queries from Principal Investigators and research staff under the guidance of our senior team colleagues, and the Research Facilitation & Administration Manager, as necessary.

In addition, this role involves undertaking general research support duties to help underpin our full grants operation. Full training and development will be provided.


To be effective you will have strong teamwork, written and oral communication skills, a commitment to providing excellent service, strong numeracy skills, along with the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities and demands.


The post is available immediately and will be based in the Department of Physiology Anatomy & Genetics, Sherrington Building, Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3PT.

Interviews are expected to be held in the week commencing 4th or 11th March 2024.
