We are recruiting an Office Manager/Service Coordinator to work for a fast-paced business in Quinton. We really do need someone who has worked in a scheduling position previously, that would be very advantageousThe main duties will be:
Scheduling engineer attendance for emergency call outs
Responsible for a team of 12 engineers and admin support
Ensuring engineering utilisation is fully maximised upon
Co-ordinating engineer appointments
Receiving and sending deliveries of parts
Sourcing parts from a well-stocked storeroom
Supporting teams within the business
Logging quotes
Parking, toll etc for engineers
Returning parts to suppliers and arranging replacements
Organising meetings, coordinating rooms greeting visitors
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administration systems
Scheduling experience
Adaptable and flexible in their approach when ad-hoc duties arrive
Positive attitude
Industry experience in utilities and the building industry would be a massive bonus
Report to the Director on project progression
Pro-active, professional to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
