Due to the ongoing need for their high quality, unique products, this world leading company are looking to increase their head count with an active and energetic Machine Operator on their night shift, with immediate starts available.

The great thing about this opportunity is - you don't need any experience as full training will be provided. However skilled production operatives are also welcomed.

With no two days ever being the same in this fast paced Machine Operator

Night shift

role, the fundamentals will be:

Predominately operating various machinery across the plant where over time you will be trained on how to operate all machines on site
Accurately completing various Production documentation
Quality checking final products
Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures at all times

The successful Machine Operator

Night shift

will be offered:

A base salary of £21,880 (Shift allowance of £431 per month, equating to £27,052 pa)
Night shift 10pm till 6am, starting 10pm on Monday and finishing at 6am Saturday
Yearly productivity bonus (Based on company and personal performance)
Weekend overtime paid at double time
Weekday overtime paid at time and a half
Opportunity to be trained and gain qualification in Forklift truck driving
Life Insurance of x4 basic salary
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, which increases with length of service
Company pension
