We are looking for a Site Finance Business Partner on a 6 months FTC to join our Müller Milk and Ingredients team at our Bridgwater site.
Role Purpose:
As a key member of the site leadership team the purpose of this role is to provide financial decision making to support to the dairy and to act as finance lead in driving improvements in dairy performance.
You will ensure site budgets, capital investments and three-year plans are optimised and to business partner the site lead.Reports to:

Site Finance Business Partner:
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational financial reporting of the dairy (weekly & monthly) with insightful commentary on performance supported by detailed variance analysis to drive site performance.
- Key member of the site leadership team with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Work closely with the opex & operational teams to review & deliver on our cost out initiatives.
- Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting & product costing on SAP.
- Work closely with group projects & operational teams to ensure that capex projects are reviewed & robust from a financial POV.
- Coordinate and facilitate the detailed budget and forecasting process of the site, including explaining business impacts to Internal, Functional and Group colleagues
- Support SKU/Product Family rationalisation opportunities (within/across sites)
- Business partner site teams and provide support to Ingredients and Commercial teams with regards to cost implications of new volumes/products and E2E projects.
Site Finance Business Partner:
Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ yrs. PQA
- Proven Experience in FMCG desirable
- Ability to operate at all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and influence
- Selfstarter with the ability to business partner and influence decision making within site leadership team.
- Strong team player, but capable of working on own initiative, developing skills in new areas
