The Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant are:

  • Processing invoices
  • Ensuring payments and records are correctly recorded
  • Managing bank reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Recording cash transactions

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Accounts Assistant will:

  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Be able to record data effectively and accurately
  • Be organised and work well towards deadlines
  • Have a high level of IT skills
