We are currently looking for a
Retail Team Leader to join our busy team in our
Grafham Store based at the beautiful location of Grafham Water, Cambridge, PE28 0BH

You will be deputising for the Manager & Deputy Manager for shift running purposes, to effectively manage and maintain a profitable and sales driven store.

Working closely with all team members, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer careboth in the workshop and on the sales floor.

Salary:
From £22,500 per annum


Contract Type:
Full Time, weekend availability


Team Leader Duties:

• Deputising for the Manager & Deputy Manager
• Cashingup and investigation of anomalies
• Implementing marketing plans
• Rollingout new initiatives and gathering resultant feedback
• Organisation of staff breaks
• Followingup on promotions (e.g., marketing), peak trading periods to assess success and identify opportunities
• Identification and alert to manager of any skill gaps or failures to comply with policy and procedure on behalf of any colleague
• In addition, the duties, and expectations of team members (Sales Advisors or Technicians) will also form part of the responsibilities of Team Leaders

Team Leader Requirements:

• Strong retail sales background, not necessary gained in the bike industry.
• People management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of selfmotivation
