Are you an experienced technical coordinator ready to take a step up or a technical manager looking for a change?
Do you have a background in managing new home sites?
Do you live in Somerset?
Are you looking for a progressive role?

Using modern methods of construction, such as timber frame and modular units, you will have a proven background running your own residential schemes and managing an array of external consultants.

Dealing with projects from planning through to site completion. You will have strong technical knowledge, engineering would be an advantage and be well versed in the planning system.

As mentioned this is a new role due to several new sites coming out of planning and ready for on site starts for 2023.

This would suit someone driven and enthusiastic who can bring an energetic approach to the role and seeks something a little different Progression is available and the chance to recruit and manager your own team in the future.

Based in Somerset in beautiful surroundings and a lovely office, flexibility of working from home will be offered after a qualifying period, all sites are commutable from the office.

Competitive salary of £50k - £57k DOE inclusive of car allowance or the option of a salary sacrifice for an electric vehicle plus benefits, including pension, holiday and health care.
