Description

We are working with an established internet marketing service company who are based in Tewkesbury.

They have developed an award winning SAAS system for the education sector and have an exciting opening for a motivated and switched-on person with exceptional interpersonal skills who can build lasting and fruitful relationship with their clients.

Team driven, as a trusted advisor you would manage support requests and provide a professional and friendly customer service to software users

Responsibilities include:

Onboarding new clients and advising them on using the software to its full potential
Running GAP analysis sessions over the phone and in person
Meeting prospective clients; delivering & demonstrating product benefits
Contributing ideas; creating & implementing them to increase client retention
Actively contributing to content i.e., blogs, help guides, product updates
Data manipulation for detailed outreach marketing campaigns
Coordinating postal marketing projects

Key Skills/Attributes

Experience of working in a customer facing role
A desire to help people succeed and grow their business
An interest in learning new skills and the ability to listen and work alongside customers to solve business challenges
Well educated with a good understanding of computers & IT
Excellent attention to detail with exceptional English (written & spoken)
Previous experience in digital marketing/sales & writing engaging content would be an advantage
