Location:
Rugby

Salary:
£20k - £25k + pension, bonus scheme and private healthcare

The Client:


Our client has long-standing experience in providing independent, wide-ranging town planning and development advice to public and private sector clients, across multiple offices.

They are highly experienced in all aspects of planning and development promotion.
They also offer a range of specialist services through its specialist teams.


The Role:


As a
Planner in the private sector, you will be exposed to a range of tasks, as well as CPD training opportunities to develop you as a professional.

They also have an established staff mentoring system to help guide your professional and personaldevelopment.


Duties:


  • The role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your career in Planning and work across the spectrum of town planning activities including;
  • The promotion of largescale development projects;
  • Appeals for a range of development types; and local plan representations.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • They are looking for a qualified Planner
    ideally with 13 years professional experience (either private or public sector).


On appointment you will be expected to commence the process of gaining chartered membership of the RTPI as soon as possible - full support and sponsorship towards this will be provided by the company.
