What do we do?

Our work is incredibly diverse and wide-ranging, focusing on developing large and smaller scale campaigns that champion the many roles and opportunities available; from bulk recruitment areas including Police Officers, 999/101 Call-Handlers, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and Special Constables to staff and volunteer positions within all our enabling departments.

The team simultaneously helps promote greater retention, working closely with our People Directorate communicating around the key strands of our People Strategy, particularly around our Inclusion, Development and Wellbeing agendas.

As a team, we are really proud that our campaigns have contributed significantly to TVP achieving our targets in respect of the National Police Uplift Programme, encouraging over 2,000 people to start a policing career in the past three years.
