Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce Health and Safety protocols
Utilize plant and machinery experience to optimise efficiency and productivity
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
Develop and maintain key performance indicators, monitor and ensure targets are met
Motive, mentor and lead a team
Complete shift handovers and paperwork

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role
Knowledge and understanding of machinery and equipment
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in English, written and verbal
Ability to maintain, influence and develop relationships
Problem solver and decision maker
Willingness to learn and develop
A handson approach
