We seek a skilled and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team on a six-month contract.

This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in our company's success by providing comprehensive support to our Talent Acquisition Manager.


  • 6month contract role Jan May
  • Fulltime 37.5 hours p/w Mon

JOB PURPOSE
Provide comprehensive recruitment administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive recruitment administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Efficiently manage incoming recruitment enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
  • Maintain contact with external recruitment agencies.
  • Actively participate in casual recruitment evenings, university career fairs, and educational events.
  • Seamlessly coordinate interviews and assessments, managing all supporting administrative tasks with precision.
  • Prepare interview materials and reports.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to fulfil ad hoc tasks and duties as required by the team and business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a "cando" attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR software (HR software, desirable).
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
  • Professional presentation reflecting the Silverstone values
  • Exhibit a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and some evenings, to accommodate the demands of the recruitment process.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
