FACILITIES MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PARTNER (PROPERTY FOCUSED)
BIRMINGHAM/HYBRID
£43,000 + CA
An incredibly successful, people-centred enterprise is looking for a
Facilities Management Business Partner to join their team.
Acting as a warm and friendly face of the property service for key service users and suppliers, you will provide critical services such as scoping, tendering, and authorising repair and development works within budget and SLA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage escalations and meeting attendance to provide full FM and property plan reports
- Create, maintain, and implement FM strategy and services, to support plans of trading businesses
- Visit sites four to five days a week, to undertake audits and identify defects
- Minimise disruptions and risks to our trading businesses whilst maintaining minimum standards and best value for the society
- Inform colleagues in maintaining properties, assets, and support energy reduction and ESG targets
- Liaise with the Cost Manager and Procurement to help nurture the commercial relationship with supplier partners
- Complete audits and inspections and support long term financial plans, to improve conditions and identify immediate maintenance needs
- Monitor customer feedback and allocate necessary actions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience monitoring and maintaining property and assets across a large and diverse portfolio
- A full clean UK Driving License
- Good analytical skills to drive improvement through data and insights
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Great communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
- The passion to evolve the business, and stay informed of current trends and legislation
