Setting and operating CNC Machines
Editing programs all controls using Fanuc or HAAS Controls
Experience interpreting Engineering Drawings
Work to tight tolerances and inspection of own work
Working with a variety of materials
To work to your own initiative and understanding of manufacturing processes
Experience working with a variety of materials
Able to be responsible for their own routing inspection
Assist or instruct other operatives with set ups tooling and cutting details as necessary
Wherever possible, identify and obtain tooling, fixtures, and machine programme requirements for jobs
Ensure that routine maintenance (lubrication, cutting fluid, machine cleaning etc) tasks are carried out
