Description

The postholder will be required to work Monday to Friday between the Service hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 pm.

The role will require cover 9-5 Monday to Friday, cover until 8.00pm on a rota basis to support IAPT Manchester delivering therapy to clients in the evening at Chorlton House

Greet Service Users at reception attending evening clinic.

Processing of all referrals into the service, ensuring that IAPT data system is updated.

An excellent telephone manner is required to answer and make telephone calls to service users, 3rdparties and other Trust services.

Opening and actioning mail.

Appointment booking for service users as required to meet identified IAPT performance targets.

Identification of any issues that may pose a risk to Service Users, carers or delivery of service.

Making appointments according to clinical requirement set out by the clinicians and agreed with service users.
