Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Brand Representative to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Brand Representative, you will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, aiming for firstcontact resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathy, active listening, and problemsolving skills
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and solve complex issues

Skills:


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Empathetic and patient with a customerfocused attitude
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,203.36 per year
