up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is an independent, full-service media planning and buying agency.
From Facebook to Pinterest, Tiktok and Twitter, they work closely with social platforms to ensure they on the edge of developments.
As a
TV Planner & Buyer you will have a solid trading knowledge of Television and VOD across all relevant media owners.
You will be required to plan and deliver complex media schedules on the TV/VOD platforms and communicate them within the team or directlyto the client while using the relevant software to optimise and manage campaigns during the campaign period.
The Job Role:
- Producing media strategies across TV/VOD to deliver on the clients requirements.
- Managing, optimising and tracking campaign delivery.
- Uploading and managing campaign details across stations and CARIA.
- Creating and executing broadcast media plans from start to finish.
- Lead and develop the younger members of the team, be a motivator
- Trading with media owners and upselling to clients along with developing new business opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and targets.
- Confidently work with the TV reporting team to track campaign delivery using Adalyser.
- Share sponsorship opportunities with clients across the agency.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a TV planning and/or buying role.
- Knowledge of media channels, specifically TV (and video on demand)
- Have an indepth understanding of the TV buying landscape.
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
- Strong problem solving skills and be able to think out of the box.
- Fantastic time management skills.
- Keen eye for detail and data proficient.
- Be able to upsell and trade to maximise profitability for the business.
- Confident with explaining your planning and buying to staff or clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of CARIA (required)
- Knowledge and understanding of DDS (required)
- Knowledge and understanding of Adalyser or equivalent (required)
