Do you want to be responsible for coordinating the samples and test packing approvals to ensure the equipment is fit for purpose?

Are you excited to champion the studio's samples and test packing processes by working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure the right product information is always delivered on time?


Working within the Specialist Design Studio as part of the Operations team, we have an exciting new role which will see you coordinating the administrative needs of the studio alongside coordinating the studio's samples approvals and test packing processes.


You'll be responsible for understanding what samples the studio is expecting, and to ensure they are securely stored, and studio feedback is given in time.

You'll also be responsible for conducting the studio test packing process to make the packaging is fit for purpose, and that orders and stock levels are maintained for all studio supplies.

We'll look to you to create and maintain systems that will capture the information accurately and allow you to deliver the studio samples and packing processes to a high standard.


Strong communication skills are key in this role as we'll look to you to support the Specialist Design Studio with administrative tasks, supporting over 100 colleagues by implementing solutions that deliver the best value.
