Job Summary:
As the Product Owner for PACO delivery prioritisation and coordination, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in healthcare delivery.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful development and deployment of PACO features and updates, with a focus on meeting the needs of NHS Primary Care settings.
By prioritising and coordinating deliveries, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer optimising patient care and enhancing operational effectiveness by using PACO.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, representing the voice of the customer and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for PACO, ensuring clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to guide development efforts.
Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including development, testing, and implementation, to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and updates to PACO.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to prioritise and manage work efficiently.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS Primary Care staff, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather feedback, validate requirements, and communicate progress.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements.
Product Documentation:
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, to support effective use of PACO by endusers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Advocate for innovation and best practices in product management and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decisionmaking.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, particularly in NHS Primary Care, is a plus.
Pay:
£36,916.27-£52,650.00 per year
