Description

NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies (formerly called TalkingSpace Plus) are recruiting Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) to join our exciting, innovative, and successful service from September 2023.

NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies provides evidence-based psychological therapies over the telephone, online or face to face.


The Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner apprenticeship is a 12-15 month course, delivered by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Apprenticeship scheme & The Learning & Development Centre.

The programme combines both academic and work-based learning through close collaboration between employers and education providers.


To meet the eligibility for Health Education England (HEE) Funding for this apprenticeship, you will need to:

Have been resident in the UK for at least the last three years

Have not received HEE funding for a Psychological Professionals course in the last two years


You will not be entitled to receive additional HEE funding following completion of this training (if you fail to complete the course, from the date the training ends) for the next two years.
