Sales Team Manager - Call Centre - Manchester City Centre (M1) - Permanent - £50,000 basic + OTE £80,000

We are proud to be working with a fast growing and award winning business based in the heart of Manchester in brand new offices with an amazing environment.

Due to their ongoing success both in the UK, we are on the hunt to recruit a Call Centre Sales TeamManager to take the reigns of their high performing sales team in Manchester City Centre

About the Call Centre Sales Team Manager role:

Taking over a small team of 5 B2B Sales Execs and growing the team by 5 in 202
Daily motivation of the team to achieve realistic targets through continuous coaching
Working with all internal stakeholders throughout the business (UK and Internationally if required)
Training new starters and established team members
Interviewing and recruiting advisors to grow the team

What the successful Call Centre Sales Team Manager looks like:

A good level of previous experience working as a Sales Manager within a telephony environment ideally within insurance
Previous telephony based leadership experience
Demonstrable experience of delivering results against targets via your team
Someone that wants to join a business that doesn't stand still someone outgoing and confident that is able to provide a real input to help shape the business
