We are recruiting for a Lead Distributor who is a pro-active, reliable individual with a can-do collaborative mentality and strong interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team at the UK's, most trusted car leasing company (Trustpilot).


About the role


You will be responsible for processing and allocating all enquiries of Select Car Leasing through the various channels to Sales Managers and Assistant Sales Managers promptly.


Areas of responsibility:


  • Allocating enquiries received by the business to Sales Managers and Assistant Sales Managers within a fixed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Proactively identifying different lead sources, Customer types and Lead types to ensure the enquiry is allocated to the correct team.
  • Able to navigate platforms such as Airtable, SCL CRM system and Outlook within a busy, fastpaced working environment with high levels of accuracy.
  • Working with the Head and Deputy Head of Sales to ensure a fair and equal distribution of the enquiries allocated to all sales teams within the business.
  • Assist and support the activities of the SCL wider Procurement Department as required.
  • Ensuring that 3rd party aggregator systems are being checked regularly, rules are being followed and new enquiries are allocated in a timely fashion.
  • Identifying common trends to report to Procurement Manager/Head of Procurement.

Skills:


  • 2+ years in administrationfocused role, delivering quality output to completion with measurable success
  • Highly motivated, proactive and focused on achieving company goals, quality and accuracy
  • Enthusiastic and tenacious
  • Able to think creatively and provide new solutions to the business
  • Able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible team player able to communicate at all levels
