Credit Controller. £25-28,000 DOE. Norwich.

Successful and well established business based in central Norwich is looking to appoint a full-time Credit Controller.

You will be responsible for ensuring prompt payment against invoices issued by the company for goods supplied under the agreed payment terms.


Your main duties include the following:

  • Managing the aged debtor system to ensure debt is collected on time
  • Raising invoices and other documents as required
  • Finalising payments and following up where necessary
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Intercompany Reconciliations
  • Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment
  • Supporting staff with queries both internally and externally
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Sales Department to ensure that payments are received on time.
  • Running credit checks
  • ReportingDaily Banking and preparation of Daily Sales Cash in Report
Preparation of Weekly Cash Flow Report
Monthly Group Reporting


Skills needed:

  • At least 2 years solid credit control/sales ledger experience
  • Have good communication skills at all levels of the business, with good written and verbal communication and welldeveloped interpersonal skills
  • Possess good organisational skills with a genuine ability to multi task
  • ERP systems experience desirable but not essential
Free parking, 25 days holiday, 12.30pm finish on a Friday.
