Reed Education is currently working with a secondary school in Heybridge to recruit a Cover Supervisor for their school based in Heybridge.

The school is a pupil referral school with a strong reputation in the local area, the behaviour in school is challenginghowever the school have a strong behaviour management system in place.

The role of a cover supervisor is a varied one and no two days are the same but in short, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Corridor monitoring
Assisting the pupils whenever possible with any questions they may have
Managing the school behaviour in line with school policy
Ensuring the children are made to feel safe and supported in line with the school's ethos
Ensuing the classroom is kept neat and tidy and is left as it was found
Assisting in a variety of departments and working with teaching assistants.
Monitoring safeguarding at all times and reporting any concerns.
Ensuing heath and safety is maintained and followed.
