Having partnered with this organisation for around 11 years of their trading history it's been a real pleasure to see their growth over time.

Now sat as market leaders in their field they haven't lost their close-knit team feel which, has been heavily influenced by the longevity of their staff and the autonomous culture they've created.


Due to an increased demand in their product this temporary position could extend or, be made permanent for the right individual and is being recruited on either a full or part time basis.

On a part time level the hours will need to be working across 5 days in the mornings but the exact starting time can be flexible around other commitments.


This customer focused role is suited to a pro-active, engaging, approachable individual who very much enjoys a busy yet varied position.

As a pro-active individual you will understand the importance of not just providing a good level of customer service in terms of day-to-day conversations but, also guiding clients and assisting them in placing the correct orders.


Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for orders
  • Checking that orders are correct and entering onto the system
  • Liaising with customers regarding corrections
  • Organising transport for both UK and International shipments
  • Obtaining forecast information from customers
  • Ensuring customers are kept updated on their orders
