Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of service to customers at all stages
  • Regularly liaise with internal teams
  • Ensure efficient order processing to meet required timescales
  • Actively identify areas to improve customer service
  • Proactively work to meet agreed targets

  • Display a positive, cando attitude and endure team spirit
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
